AC GOLD SUPPORT
AC Gold support provides, under contract, a number of account-based
services, and regular maintenance of your business critical
IT systems. Regular Checks and system maintenance helps
you proactively resolve system problems and better manage
key business systems.
AC SILVER SUPPORT
AC Silver support gives you, under contract, Online and
telephone support, with regular maintenance of your business
critical IT systems. Fortnightly system maintenance, check
updates will be carried out by our skilled engineers.
AC BRONZE SUPPORT
AC Bronze support gives you, under contract, telephone
support, and onsite support as and when required based on
purchased units. Unused units can be carried over to the
following year when the contract is renewed.. We also assist
you with wide range of self-help tools. This is suitable
for companies that use in-house personnel to perform hardware
and application services.
